Xymony v2.0
Recent changes you've made. Use the button to undo, revert, or bring something back.
Updating the balance here directly corrects it. Use this if your actual bank balance differs from what's shown.
Here's how to get the most out of Xymony, step by step.
1. Create your account
Sign up with your email and a password (at least 6 characters). No email confirmation needed — you're straight in.
2. Tell us where your money is
Add your accounts — bank, GCash, Maya, cash on hand, whatever you use. Just type the name and current balance. You can always correct it later.
3. Got a credit card or loan?
Add it under Money → Accounts. We'll ask how much you owe and how much you're planning to pay this month — not the full balance, just this cycle's payment.
4. Add recurring bills
Rent, internet, electricity — anything monthly. A bill stays on your list permanently; it doesn't disappear after payment, it just comes due again next month automatically. Look for "Mark as Paid" when it's due.
5. Check your Safe to Spend
The big number on Home already subtracts upcoming bills, card payments, and savings goals — so it's really yours to spend, no surprises later. Tap it to see the full breakdown.
6. Log your first transaction
Tap the + button up top. Choose Income or Expense, type the amount, pick an account and category. Tip: typo in a category, or want to remove one? Tap it in Settings → Categories — renaming even updates your past transactions automatically.
7. Set a budget (optional)
Reports → Budget → pick a category, set a monthly limit. A simple bar fills up as you spend. Check back over time — it'll show month-by-month if you're staying on track.
8. Start a savings goal (optional)
Money → Goals → New Savings Goal. Your money stays right in your account — we just mark it "already spoken for" so it's excluded from Safe to Spend.
9. Set a PIN (recommended)
Settings → App Lock → Set PIN. Adds a lock screen so no one else can see your money without it.
10. Add it to your home screen
Look for "Add to Home Screen" in your browser's share menu. Xymony opens like a real app from there — no browser bar.
Bonus: In Reports, tap "Income" or "Expenses" for a 6-month trend chart, or "View Chart" next to "By Category" for a visual breakdown of your spending.

Xymony ("the App", "we", "us") is a personal finance tracking tool. By creating an account, you agree to the terms below.
1. What This App Is
Xymony helps you track income, expenses, budgets, debts, and savings goals. It is a personal organization tool, not a bank, a licensed financial institution, or a source of financial, tax, or investment advice. Figures like "Safe to Spend" are calculated from the information you enter — we do not verify it against your actual bank or card balances.
2. Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your password and device PIN confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
3. What Data We Collect
We store the information you choose to enter: account names and balances, transactions, bills, loans, credit cards, savings goals, budgets, and basic settings (name, theme, PIN — stored as a secure hash, never as plain text). We also store your email address for login purposes.
4. How Your Data Is Stored & Protected
Data is stored with Supabase (a third-party database provider) using Row Level Security — meaning the database itself enforces that your data is only ever visible to your own account, not to other users. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal financial data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
5. Payment & Access
Some features or access levels may require payment, handled outside the app (e.g. bank transfer or e-wallet) and manually confirmed. Access may be suspended for accounts with unresolved payment issues, at our discretion, with reasonable notice where possible.
6. Your Rights
You can export a full backup of your data anytime from Settings, and request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data.
7. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is." While we take reasonable care, we don't guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for financial decisions you make based on information shown in the App.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the App evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
9. Contact
Questions, concerns, or deletion requests: reach out to the admin directly.
This will create an expense transaction for this bill and deduct it from the account you choose. It'll come back next month automatically.
This can be the minimum due or however much you plan to pay. Only this amount affects your Safe to Spend — not your total balance.
Your money stays in this account. We just mark it as "already spoken for" so it won't show up in Safe to Spend.
Renaming updates every past transaction using this category too, so your history stays consistent.
